Sopa Chöling is the three-year retreat centre at Gampo Abbey in Nova Scotia, Canada. It was envisioned by Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche and founded by Thrangu Rinpoche in 1990.

The retreat is unique in the Western world as it is offered entirely in English. All texts have been translated under the guidance of Venerable Thrangu Rinpoche. The reteat is divided into segments that would allow practitioners to maintain relationships with family and careers. Situated in a building constructed specifically for this retreat, the retreat has offered cycles since 1990.
